NAPOLEON OMOMILA
He is the Managing Editor of HR Guide and also a Director of HR Derivatives Ltd. He is also the CEO of the Nigeria Operations of S & T Consulting Ltd. He has over 2 decades experience in diverse industrial setting. He holds B. Pharm. (Hons) - Benin and MBA (OAU-ife) degrees. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management as well as Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria.

He had over 3 years work experience in Conoil PLC as Project Manager, where he supervised the completion of five (5) key strategic projects that houses the petroleum, banking and telecommunications segment of the Groups business. He also had over 12 years experience with Pfizer Inc. where he had various experiences in sales management, product and marketing management, and human resource management. He has very good working knowledge Information and Communication technology.

PATRICK OLISEMEKA
He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of HR Derivatives Ltd. He holds a BA (Hons.) graduate from Woolwich University England as well as a Masters Degree holder in Marketing from the University of Lancaster England.
He has several years of Cognate experience as an HR practitioner, having worked in the HR departments of National Oil & Chemical marketing Co. Plc as well as the defunct Alpha Merchant bank Plc. Patrick is an astute business man and Managing Director, Mizbeach Limited. 
He is also the CEO of Patzony Limited and Patzony Inc Canada. He is married with children.

YOMI OLUKOLU
He is a Non-Executive Director of HR Derivatives Ltd and the Legal Adviser of HR Guide.
He attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 1997 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar. He had his tertiary education at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Nigeria (LL.B Hons., 1996; LL.M, 2000). He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Management and the Nigerian Society of International Law. He had worked as a Legal Practitioner with one of the biggest full-service commercial law firms in Nigeria, Dr. G. Elias (S.A.N) & Co. (Solicitors & Advocates).  He also worked with UAC of Nigeria Plc as its Assistant Manager, Legal Services.  He was also a Legal Counsel with Conoil Plc (formerly National Oil and Chemical Marketing Plc). He currently lectures in the Department of Jurisprudence & International Law, Faculty of Law of the University of Lagos, Nigeria and engages in legal consultancy as a Solicitor and Advocate.

He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (Nigeria Group).

MRS RUTH N. OMOMILA
She is an Executive Director of HR Derivatives Ltd, representing S & T Consulting Ltd, on the board. She is also an Executive Leader (Finance & Administration). She holds a B.Sc degree in International relations (ABU-1991) and MBA degree (University of Calabar-1997). She has had over fourteen (14) years diverse experience in the successful management of SME’s.

INABOWA BENSON
He is a Non-Executive Director of HR Derivatives Ltd and also an Executive Director (Pharmaceuticals) of NGC Plc. A seasoned Sales & Marketing professional and administrator. He is also a registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria and holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from University of Benin. He is an Alumni of the Prestigious Lagos Business School. He is married and blessed with four Children. A devout Catholic, belongs to several social organization. He is widely travelled. He has made several business visits to USA, China, Britain, India, and Switzerland, South Africa, Mali and Kenya amongst others. His hobbies includes reading, football and Music.

AUSTIN LEONARD OMAME
He is a Non-Executive Director of HR Derivatives Ltd. He is the Managing Director of ICS Services. He is also on the Board of Several Organizations and Institutions including True Vine Global Asset Management Co. Ltd, NewLife Microfinance Bank Ltd, Aviation Development Company Plc, Ministerial Committee on Manpower Development in the Aviation Industry in Nigeria. He has over three decades experience as Pilot flying different models of Aircraft including Fokker 28, B737, B707, BAC1-11, DC9. His experience include being a Presidential Pilot to the Government of the Republic of Guinea. He has attended several local and international Seminars including IATA Strategic Marketing Course-Zurich, Switzerland; Aviation Health Safety and Environment Course-Lagos; and Chief Executive Program-Lagos Business School. He speaks English, French, Urhobo, Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo. His hobbies include Soccer and Golf.
